Robert Joyce and FL local counsel secured a unanimous defense verdict after a day 10 jury trial in a motorcycle helmet product liability case where plaintiff’s attorney claimed that a defect in the subject helmet allowed the helmet to dislodge from the rider’s head, resulting in fatal injuries.
Summary Judgment Granted in Texas Motorcycle Helmet Product Liability Case
