Following his selection to fill one of the twelve spots available on the Law360 Products Liability Editorial Advisory Board in 2011, Bob has been re-appointed to the Law 360 Product Liability Editorial Advisory Board for 2012.

Jim Ughetta and TX local counsel achieved a dismissal of a helmet manufacturer in a case venued in the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas, Del Rio Division. The 21-year-old ATV rider sustained fatal injuries when his ATV struck a parked trailer.
