An appellate litigator must possess superior legal writing and research skills, collaborate effectively with other counsel, maintain a comprehensive understanding of state and federal appellate court procedures and have the persuasive speaking skills needed to serve as the client’s trial and appellate advocate.

Our trial and appellate advocates represent clients before the U.S. Supreme Court, federal courts of appeals, and in state appellate courts across the country. Each has extensive experience in successfully drafting, prosecuting and defending federal and state civil appeals, complex motion practice, and emergency applications. Our attorneys resolve appeals involving product liability, toxic tort and environmental litigation, insurance coverage, and construction litigation among numerous others.

Our attorneys meticulously research and analyze federal and state statutes, regulations, and case law and draft legal research memoranda addressing what are often complex and novel legal questions.
