More than 50 participants heard Scott Toomey provide an update and strategy tips on Pennsylvania product liability law. Entitled “Tincher Hangs in the Balance: Pennsylvania Products Liability Law 2022” and offered on behalf of the Pennsylvania Defense Institute with William J. Ricci, Esq., the seminar addressed the many cases and issues that are pending in the Pennsylvania and federal appellate courts and how those who defend manufacturers can utilize and help shape that law.
