Scott Toomey Elected Treasurer of the Philadelphia Association of Defense Counsel

For 74 years, PADC has served as the voice for the civil defense bar in the Philadelphia area. Affiliated with the Defense Research Institute (DRI), PADC has long taken a leading role in promoting the interests of defense lawyers and their clients.
