Robert Wilson and Joanna Sergiou Win Summary Judgment in an Asbestos Case in Federal Court

Robert and Joanna argued in front of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania that the generic term “American” as a basis for plaintiff’s identification, is simply too vague and speculative to implicate its client. The court concurred and granted summary judgment.
