Robert Kelly to lead panel at SFIA Summit Conference

On Tuesday, April 8th, Managing Partner Robert J. Kelly will lead a panel of corporate counsel and human factors experts at the Sports Fitness Industry Association’s Litigation Summit at the Biltmore Hotel in Phoenix, Arizona. The session, entitled “Avoiding Nightmares and Catastrophes”, will focus on the strategies involved in developing warnings for recreational products, appropriate methodologies, and the pitfalls which need to be anticipated before products are marketed. The panel of trial tested attorneys and experts will offer the benefit of their broad experience in courtrooms around the country.
