Jon Woy Authors Article On Pennsylvania Product Liability Law

Newly arrived attorney Jon Woy has hit the ground running, publishing an article in the Legal Intelligencer’s annual Product Liability Special Section. Entitled “Pennsylvania’s Erosion of the Fair Share Act in Products Liability Cases,” Jon analyzes the threat to the plain language of Pennsylvania’s Fair Share Act posed by two recent decisions from panels of the Pennsylvania Superior Court. Those decisions threaten to force a return to the dark days in which product liability defendants had to pay for the improper conduct of others. Jon’s article can be found here.
