Bryon Friedman Presents on Collecting Judgments for the NYS Bar Association

Creditors’ Rights and Commercial Litigation partner Bryon Friedman presented as part of a panel at a day long seminar by the NYS Bar Association in New York City on the topic of collecting debt and enforcing judgments. Bryon spoke on two topics — judgment enforcement devices and strategies for collecting secured debt — and contributed on other agenda items, including settlement strategies, bankruptcy implications, and ethical considerations. This was the third time that Bryon has participated as a presenter in this NYSBA program.
