Alison graduated from the University of California, Berkley in 2005 and from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 2008, where she worked as a research assistant for Distinguished Professor and Scholar Michael Vitiello and was instrumental in the revitalization of the McGeorge Women’s Caucus.

Additionally, Bob Littleton, Robert Joyce, Jim Ughetta, and Bob Kelly were recognized in New York Super Lawyers 2012. Super Lawyers is a nationally recognized peer review journal that highlights attorneys for their successes throughout the year.

In a major pre-suit win, Robert Joyce and Littleton Joyce’s insurance specialists boast a $17 million recovery (reached with five separate parties) as reimbursement for defense and indemnity payments made in connection with four multi-plaintiff actions seeking damages for bodily injuries sustained as a result of exposure to contaminants in the workplace.

Scott was invited to speak to the Advanced Torts class at Villanova Law School on “Pennsylvania Products Liability Law in Practice.”

Scott Toomey spoke to the Philadelphia Association of Defense Counsel in February of this year. His presentation was entitled “Biking Towards a Brave New World: Pennsylvania Products Liability Jurisprudence after Covell v. Bell Sports, Inc.”

Dan graduated summa cum laude from West Chester University in 2004 and from the Rutgers School of Law in 2009. While at Rutgers, he served as the Note and Comment Editor for the Rutgers Law Journal.

Following his selection to fill one of the twelve spots available on the Law360 Products Liability Editorial Advisory Board in 2011, Bob has been re-appointed to the Law 360 Product Liability Editorial Advisory Board for 2012.

Invited to speak at this year’s Perrin Conference on Emerging Coverage and Allocation Issues, Robert Joyce prepared a presentation and white paper on the thorny yet important issue of settlement credits in “all sums” jurisdictions.
