Alison graduated from the University of California, Berkley in 2005 and from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 2008, where she worked as a research assistant for Distinguished Professor and Scholar Michael Vitiello and was instrumental in the revitalization of the McGeorge Women’s Caucus.

Robert Joyce Secures Pre-Suit Recovery
In a major pre-suit win, Robert Joyce and Littleton Joyce’s insurance specialists boast a $17 million recovery (reached with five separate parties) as reimbursement for defense and indemnity payments made in connection with four multi-plaintiff actions seeking damages for bodily injuries sustained as a result of exposure to contaminants in the workplace.
