Meredith P. Montrose
PartnerMeredith Montrose is an accomplished California litigator who has represented clients in complex civil litigation throughout California. Ms. Montrose’s practice has primarily focused on defending manufacturers of automobiles, sports equipment, industrial equipment, utilities, and medical devices.
Ms. Montrose has extensive experience handling all phases of litigation from inception to trial. Ms. Montrose’s background allows her to work closely with her clients to understand their needs and challenges and develop defense strategies that align with each client’s goals.
Prior to joining Littleton Joyce, Ms. Montrose worked at AmLaw 100 firm specializing in Song-Beverly defense which allowed her to gain courtroom experience. She served as trial counsel in a Song-Beverly matter resulting in a complete defense verdict.
When she is not practicing law, Meredith enjoys the being outside and taking advantage of Southern California’s sunshine, spending time with friends and family and staying active. An avid runner, she has completed multiple marathons and half marathons and can likely be found training for her next race.
