Jackson K. Thomas has a wide range of experience in complex civil litigation, with a focus on construction litigation, product liability, and insurance coverage. Jackson has successfully represented a wide variety of clients in state and federal courts across the country.

Prior to joining the firm, Jackson represented sureties, contractors, and project owners in a wide array of litigation and transactional matters ranging from complex surety bond claims to construction defect claims, counseling clients through all stages of disputes arising out of large-scale construction projects. Jackson also draws on a wealth of experience gained outside the surety and construction sectors over the course of his legal career, having represented numerous clients from the energy, transportation, and pharmaceutical industries in a variety of complex civil matters.

Jackson also has extensive knowledge of e-discovery issues, an in-depth understanding of many of the top e-discovery platforms, and experience planning, organizing, and managing large e-discovery projects. This has prepared Jackson to handle the often-expansive discovery demands of complex litigation matters that frequently prove critical to the outcome of a case.
