Daniel Kain Presents at Pennsylvania Defense Institute seminar in Bethlehem, PA

Dan Kain presented a sports litigation lecture at a recent Pennsylvania Defense Institute seminar held in Bethlehem, PA.  The lecture addressed current developments and litigation facing the sports industry.  Dan’s presentation focused primarily on procedural and substantive defenses available to manufacturers, schools, organizing bodies, teams and related entities involved in head injury and other sports based litigation.
