NJ Office Wins Summary Judgment in Helmet Case

Bob Kelly, Jason Schmitz and Jim Ughetta won summary judgment in a NJ case involving allegations that a defective helmet contributed to the plaintiff’s injuries. The Court accepted our argument that the plaintiff’s expert was offering a mere “net opinion” unsupported by the scientific method, barred the expert and granted summary judgment for our client.
